Lena | Yoga
Lena has been practicing yoga for more than twenty years and has been teaching since 2016. A passionate yogi, she has attended multiple trainings at the Nosara Yoga Institute and Pavones Yoga Center in Costa Rica. Her teaching style is focused on building strength while prioritizing breath so students can feel both rest and resilience. Her classes are creatively sequenced with transitions that offer space to experiment with new poses.
Lena has taught yoga all over the east coast from Atlanta to Martha’s Vineyard. A Virginia native, Lena and her husband moved to Richmond in 2019, where they live with their two kids and a dachshund named Abner. While her full-time job is in finance, her main priorities are family and fitness. She uses yoga as a chance to slow down, breathe, and take in the present moment.
