HOT POWER YOGA

Hot Power Yoga is a vinyasa class, which connects movement and breath into a flowing sequence of postures designed to promote strength, balance, and flexibility. Hot Power Yoga heals, detoxifies and rejuvenates the body and mind through movement, balance and intention. This is a dynamic and energizing practice, which sculpts and tones every muscle in the body while increasing flexibility and strength on and off the mat. You don’t need to be an intense yogi or extremely flexible to take this class. We will meet you where you are and take you on a powerful journey!

HOT POWER IS FOR: All levels; however, basic understanding of yoga poses is helpful.

HOT POWER II IS FOR: Clients who have a basic understanding of yoga poses; at least 5 classes in the heat is recommended prior.

 

YUGALA YOGA

The word “yoga” means union and the word “yugala” means “double or pair” in Sanskrit. Our Yugala Yoga class is about duality and joining together. Yugala Yoga is The Hot Yoga Barre’s signature set sequence class. We have joined together “25 pairs” of yoga poses in an invigorating sequence that works the entire body for intense detoxification. It's an excellent foundation to learn proper alignment and develop a focus that will compliment other styles of yoga. Ignite the fire within you!

FIRE GLOW

We’ll have you floating out of the studio with our Fire Glow class! We get the body heated up with 30 minutes of Power Yoga followed by 30 minutes of restorative Yin poses for the perfect combination of energy and relaxation. In Power Yoga, we connect movement and breath into a flowing sequence of postures which promote strength, balance, and flexibility. In Yin Yoga we hold relaxing postures that target the tightness in your body and tension in your mind. This combination of Power and Yin ("Fire and Glow") will create balance and harmony within the body, mind, and soul.

YIN YOGA

Our Yin class is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for three-five minutes per pose. This practice can be therapeutic for joint pain and is an amazing compliment to cardio and flow-based yoga routines. Through longer passive holds, Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving your range of motion. This is the class for you if you want to relax and improve your flexibility!

HOT BARRE BLAST

Our Hot Barre Blast classes are so addicting you’ll want to feel the burn every day! Unlike other Barre workouts, ours is performed in a heated room and focuses on burning fat and toning to achieve that long and lean body, faster. Hot Barre Blast fuses elements of Yoga, Pilates, and Ballet into a total body workout that will change your body and get results. This intense, but easy to follow class will have your muscles burning and your booty lifted.

HIIT THE BARRE

HIIT the Barre brings the best of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and Barre into one class to challenge your cardio endurance and sculpt long, lean muscles. Based on the fusion of BARRE + CARDIO, HIIT the Barre kicks it up a notch from our Hot Barre Blast to include intense bursts throughout class. Come HIIT the Barre with us to build strength, grace, and endurance!

BURN

BURN is a fusion of strength and movement. Inspired by high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to burn the maximum number of calories, this class is set to upbeat music and combines strength training with cardio intervals to achieve a balance of work and recovery. Think Cardio-Sculpt meets yoga. You will create lean, flexible muscles while igniting your cardiovascular system. A balance of strength, stretch, and intensity, BURN will help you boost your metabolism while creating a stronger YOU- mindfully and physically!
