Join us for a blissful hour of Yoga Nidra where you’ll leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and restored. Yoga Nidra, also called yogic sleep, is a journey deep into your subconscious to a blissful state of being which promotes clarity and healing, resulting in mental and physical rejuvenation. We’ll begin this class with restorative movement and poses to gently prepare the mind and body for a deep meditation. You’ll then be guided through specific instructions to slowly lull your body into a deep state of relaxation while your mind remains fully awake. This practice uses body scanning, breath awareness, and imagery to progressively help your mind and body deeply rest and restore. 

Yoga Nidra is an opportunity to detach and explore your mind. Not only does this practice induce deep relaxation, but it can also have lasting effects on your mental state and be an effective technique for reduced anxiety, stress relief, and improved sleep. A short Yoga Nidra practice can leave you feeling as though you’ve just gotten hours of deep sleep. Come unwind with us!
