PRACTICE: Complete 25 yoga classes at HYB. Being on your mat is critical to being an excellent teacher.

OBSERVE: Observe 6 yoga classes

TEACH: Practice teach at home a minimum of 50 hours

ASSIST: Complete 20 in-class assists

VOLUNTEER: Complete a YTT group service project in the community

READ: Read 7 assigned yoga texts and write essays

LEARN: Complete homework assignments and online training modules (approximately 50 additional hours)

STUDY: Take and pass a final yoga exam

LEAD: Lead one HYB community class

Participants have up to 6 months after training to complete requirements.
