Natalie | BURN, SCULPT

Born & raised in the heart of Richmond, Natalie is proud to be back in her home state doing what she loves! Recently graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a degree in Animal Science and Bioscience, she experienced a shift in career perspective that led her to pursue a path more closely aligned with her personality, passion for diverse challenges, and long-term professional fulfillment. Visiting for Easter and her birthday, she was approached at our sister studio (hi Danielle!!), re+forme, after taking a class on a whim. In her heart Natalie knew that HYB and Richmond was calling her back.

Being a longtime dancer of 13 years, and playing club lacrosse with a constant sprinkle of group fitness in-between the years, the incorporation of relationships within fitness is a cornerstone of all of Natalie’s journey, and she’s overjoyed to be on the other side of the mic to meet everyone where they are, and get them to walk out of the room stronger than they walked in physically & mentally (and maybe with a side of shakes!). To Natalie, group fitness has always been more than a workout - it is a space where the outside world fades away, allowing her to reconnect with herself through movement. No matter what life brings, movement remains a constant, providing clarity, resilience, and a sense of grounding. Natalie brings high energy, positive motivation, and individualized attention into every class so the environment feels supportive. It’s her number one priority that everyone walks out more capable and connected to their bodies, and to foster an environment where confidence grows, and progress is always celebrated loudly.

Outside of the studio, it’s not too difficult to find Natalie if you look in the right places. Find her trying a new small business to eat, drink, or shop (send all the recs!!) - especially North End Juice Co. or Blanchard’s while listening to all things John Mayer - while probably picking up a new needlepoint project. Natalie can’t wait to share this space with you!
