Lynné | Barre, BURN

Lynné is originally from Falls Church, VA and spent many weekends growing up at Lake Anna, where her parents now enjoy retirement. A lifelong athlete, she swam competitively for years and was also active in her high school marching band. Lynné graduated from Virginia Tech in 2017 (go Hokies!) with a degree in International Development, a path that took her throughout East Africa while contracting with USAID. In 2025, Lynné, her husband, and their dog Ollie moved to Richmond, where she quickly fell in love with The Hot Yoga Barre. After spending a year as a dedicated client, she decided to take the leap and become an instructor herself.

Outside the studio, Lynné enjoys spending time with friends, relaxing at the lake, trying new creative hobbies, and fostering dogs. She is passionate about creating classes that feel both energizing and rewarding, and she looks forward to building her HYB community and connecting with clients both in and out of the studio.
