Helene | Barre, SCULPT

Originally from Connecticut, Helene moved to Richmond in 2019 to attend the University of Richmond. She graduated from UR in 2023 with her B.A. in Dance and English and a minor in Women, Gender, & Sexuality Studies. Helene is a dance teacher, choreographer, performer, and now a Barre and SCULPT instructor!

Growing up as a dancer, she recognizes the importance of working to achieve control in your movements and creating long, lean muscle mass. She loves the inclusive and supportive community at HYB and is so excited to join the team as an instructor!
