Ginny | Barre, BURN, Yoga

Ginny is a Richmond native and has thoroughly enjoyed watching Richmond blossom into the the great city it is today! Though she has always been outgoing, she never thought she’d find the courage to teach yoga, let along take a single yoga class! She began her journey into yoga slowly, but quickly fell in love. On a whim, she came to The Hot Yoga Barre’s opening weekend, having NEVER taken a heated class, and was immediately HOOKED! 

Ginny joined The Hot Yoga Barre’s Karma Krew program and eventually became the Karma Krew Manager. She helps to oversee the wonderful Karma Krew team at HYB who keep it sparkling! When she’s not teaching, she’s working full time as a sales executive at a dried fruit and tree nut importer. You heard that right! Her company supplies ingredients to your favorite nut bar, trail & snack mix companies!

She loves HYB and this community and wants everyone who comes through these doors to leave feeling just as inspired and empowered as it has always made her feel. Come try a class - and ask her about her rescue pups!
