KARMA KREW ENERGY EXCHANGE
Karma Krew is our Energy Exchange program which is intended to provide individuals free classes in exchange for hours worked. This program is designed for those who want to be more involved with the community at the studio or who cannot allocate funds toward a regular studio practice. It’s important to note, this program is not a volunteer position, it is an equal exchange of energies. Karma Krew requires commitment, strong work ethic, and positive energy. We rely heavily on our Karma Krew to help deliver an exceptional experience for our clients so it’s important that you love the HYB experience and are able to commit to the requirements!
Karma Krew Requirements
Minimum six month commitment
Commitment to regularly work your scheduled shift(s)
Punctual, dependable, and reliable
Ability to follow instructions
A great attitude and willingness to help out with anything in the studio including but not limited to cleaning, laundry, customer service, marketing, and restocking.
A team player and great communicator
Karma Krew shifts are scheduled for the same time slots each week and Karma Krew team members are responsible for trading with other Karma Krew members for shift coverage as needed.
We have multiple great options for Karma Krew depending on your availability:
Option 1: ONE SHIFT PER WEEK (3.25 hours)
3.25 hours of work per week = unlimited membership
Option 2: TWO SHIFTS PER WEEK (1.5 hours each)
Two 1.5 hour shifts per week (3 hours of work) = unlimited membership
Option 3: ONE SHIFT PER WEEK (1.5 hours)
One 1.5 hour shift per week = one free class ($28 value)
Most of our shifts are scheduled such that you can take class while you are at the studio so the total time at the studio would be expanded to account for the time not worked while in class.
Many of our Karma Krew team members have gone on to become Client Service Representatives and also Instructors. This is a great way to get to know our community, become part of the team, and get free classes!
