Calista | BURN, SCULPT

Calista was born and raised in Richmond, VA. She and her mom found The Hot Yoga Barre together in 2019, and neither of them have looked back since! Calista moved out of Richmond temporarily to get her degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of South Carolina. She came back to Richmond and joined HYB's Karma Krew just a few months after graduating in 2022. Even though she was a self-proclaimed "Yoga girl" when she started practicing at The Hot Yoga Barre, Calista quickly fell in love with the energy and intensity of BURN- and she hopes to share that passion with everyone who walks through our doors!

When she's not in class or teaching, Calista works for a local TV station and spends her free time hanging out with friends and family, walking through Carytown, crafting, and cooking.
