The best way to reserve a spot and manage your class schedule is on the website or the MINDBODY Connect App. We do not take phone reservations/cancellations.
LATE CANCEL/NO SHOW POLICY
If you sign up for a class and cannot make it, cancel your reservation online at least 4 hours before class start time. If you late cancel (within 4 hours of your class time) or do not show up for class, you will be charged for the class if you have a class pack or a $15.00 fee if you have an unlimited membership. We do not take phone cancellations.
We assess charges for Late Cancels and No Shows once per month, generally the first week of the month for the previous month.
We understand that emergencies happen, so if you have a legitimate emergency that results in a late cancel or no show, please email us through the website or directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know (after cancelling yourself from class online).
Please arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes prior to class start time. It takes time to get set up plus red lights, traffic, and parking issues happen!
If you are not checked in 5 minutes before class starts, your spot may be given to a client on the standby list.
Every client must check on the iPad upon arrival at the studio even if you have registered online. Please wait for the green "OK” confirmation screen to pop up to know that you are successfully checked in before walking away. This is critical. Each and every person must be accounted for. Please ONLY check yourself in.
You will receive an email at least 4 hours prior to class start time if you are moved from the waitlist to a class. You may also check your account or the MINDBODY Connect app to see if you’ve been moved into the class.
If you are waitlisted for an early morning class and do not get up early enough to check to see if you got into class, then please remove yourself from the waitlist before going to bed the night before.
If you no longer want a spot in class, you are responsible for removing yourself from the waitlist. If you are added to the class and fail to remove yourself before the 4-hour window, then you will be charged in accordance with our Late Cancel/No Show policy.
Often classes that show waitlists do not end up full due to no shows. You are welcome to show up at the studio as a "stand-by" student. Stand-by students will be let into class as space permits.
Auto-renew memberships may be cancelled with 30 days written notice once the contract terms are fulfilled. To cancel a membership, please email us at email@example.com.
If you need to freeze your Ignite or Core Membership, you may do so once every six months for holds that are longer than 10 days. We do not put holds on memberships for fewer than 10 days. All hold requests must be submitted in writing 7 days in advance of your next payment date to firstname.lastname@example.org; please include the date that you would like for the hold to start and stop. With advance written notice, your hold may be shortened or lengthened depending on your needs. No holds or credits will be applied retroactively. There are no holds or extensions on the Spark Introductory Month.
CLASS PACK EXPIRATIONS
All class packs expire one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
A valid credit card is required to be saved in your account for any membership related charges, or purchases.
Please choose wisely; all sales are final. No refunds. No price adjustments. No exchanges. No extensions. No transfers. No sharing packages. No exceptions.
For liability purposes, each student needs their own MINDBODY account at The Hot Yoga Barre. Sharing of memberships or checking in under another person’s account is not permitted. Any violation of this will result in immediate termination of studio privileges and full payment owed for classes.
INJURIES AND MEDICAL ISSUES
If you have an injury or medical issue while at The Hot Yoga Barre, please inform a member of our front desk staff immediately.
LOST AND FOUND
Items left in the studio will be donated to a local charity twice a month. If you think you may have left something behind, please inquire at the front desk or send us an email.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We provide storage cubbies for your gear, but recommend not bringing valuables to the studio.
