Yin Pop Up

Our Yin class is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for three-five minutes per pose. This practice can be therapeutic for joint pain and is an amazing compliment to cardio and flow-based yoga routines. Through longer passive holds, Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving your range of motion. This is the class for you if you want to relax and improve your flexibility!
