Are you a runner? Maybe you're logging some serious miles training for the Richmond Marathon and Half Marathon, or perhaps you're just starting to train for spring races? Either way, join us for an hour long Yin class where we will focus on poses specific to runners. Open your hips, release your hamstrings, stretch out your feet and relax your lower back and shoulders in this slow flow, focused on holding poses for a longer duration to reap all of the wonderful benefits. This class will be held the day after the Richmond Marathon and Half Marathon for a perfect chance to give your body some much needed relaxation after race day!
