Mindfulness + Meditation: Journey to a Happier Healthier Life

Participants will learn the difference between mindfulness and mediation, how it affects your brain and body, how it improves focus and relationships, and how to begin a practice. We will also touch on Fear of Failure and Fear of Missing Out: Our innate fear of failure and fear of missing out and how mindfulness can help us get beyond this. Meditation will be interspersed throughout.  

Comfortable attire suggested. Please bring a meditation cushion, a journal, and pen.
