HYB Triathlon

Come burn, build, and balance with Dudley and Kathryn in our HYB triathlon. The class will be broken up into 3 sections: 

BURN: 30 minutes of HIIT training

BUILD: 30 minutes of Barre to create long, lean muscles

BALANCE: 30 minutes of Yin Yoga to create space in your mind and body.
