KEEP THIS IN MIND TO MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR HYB EXPERIENCE:

  • Arrive 10-15 minutes early; we lock the door when class starts!

  • Bring a towel, mat, and water to all classes! We sell all 3 if you need anything.

  • Please avoid things that disrupt the zen of others: mobile phones & leaving class early!

  • Please clean any equipment you’ve used and wipe up sweat puddles before departing.

  • Credit/debit cards only, we do not accept cash.

MATS+TOWELS

Please bring a mat (and towel) to all classes. For hygienic purposes we strongly prefer not to rent mats. However, if you’re in a jam or from out of town we will rent you one for $5! If you’d like to shower, we supply soap and shampoo, but please bring your own shower towel.

LATE ARRIVALS

We have a strict no late entry policy for safety and zen reasons; please arrive 10 minutes before class start time!

CHECK-IN

Please check-in on the iPad when you arrive. If you have not checked-in 5 minutes prior to class start time, your spot may be given to someone on the stand-by list. Please do not check-in anyone other than yourself.

RESERVATIONS

The best way to reserve a spot or manage your schedule is online or through the MINDBODY app. We do not accept phone reservations or cancellations. If you are unable to attend class, please cancel online.

Class registration will open one month in advance of class start time and we ask all clients to wait until they are sure they can attend class before reserving a spot.

LATE CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS

Our late cancellation window is 3 hours prior to class start time. Please do not contact the studio and ask that we waive the Late Cancel/No Show fee. We are unable to make exceptions to this policy on an individual basis and must adhere to guidelines for the overall wellbeing of our community. Late cancel/no show fees will be charged to the card on file at the beginning of each month for the previous month. 

Single Class/Class Packs
If you cancel your reservation online 3 hours or more in advance, the class will be returned to your account for future use. If you cancel within 3 hours of class start time or do not show up, the class will be deducted from your account.

Unlimited Memberships
$15 will be charged to the credit card on file for reservations canceled within 3 hours of class start time.

$20 will be charged to the credit card on file for no shows.

WAITLIST

Treat your waitlist reservation like a class reservation. If you are moved into the class and do not attend our late cancel/no show policy applies.

If you’ve chosen to be added to the waitlist, we assume you intend to take the class.If you no longer want a spot in class, you are responsible for removing yourself from the waitlist.

You will receive an email at least 2 hours prior to class start time if you are moved into the class. (Check your MINDBODY account to make sure you have opted in to received emails.)

If you are waitlisted for an early class and don’t get up early enough to get to class then please remove yourself from the waitlist before going to bed.

EXPIRATION

All class packs expire 1 year from purchase date. We do not offer extensions.

FINAL SALE

We do NOT offer refunds/credits/transfers on Classes, Memberships, Workshops, Training, or merchandise. Please read the terms and conditions of memberships prior to purchasing.

TRANSFERS

All Class Packs, Unlimited Memberships, and Workshops are non-transferable.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS

Auto renew memberships may be cancelled with 30 days written notice once the contract terms are fulfilled. 30 days notice must be received before your next DRAFT DATE. Please email us if you’d like to cancel your membership.

MEMBERSHIP HOLDS

Monthly auto-renew memberships may be put on hold once every six months for holds that are longer than 10 days. All hold requests must be submitted in writing 7 days in advance. Please include the date you would like the hold to start and stop. With 7 days advance notice your hold may be extended. No holds or credits can be applied retroactively. Holds do not apply to any other type of membership or class pack; holds can only be applied to monthly auto-debits.

ACCOUNTS

For liability purposes, each student needs their own MINDBODY account at HYB. Sharing of memberships or checking in under another person’s account is not permitted. Any violation of this will result in membership termination and full payment owed for classes.

DISCOUNTS

15% off for students, K-12 teachers, and active duty military - IN STUDIO PURCHASES ONLY. Discount cannot be applied retroactively.

NEW CLIENTS

New client offers are for individuals who have never take classes at HYB. New client offers may not be combined. Each client is eligible for ONE new client offer ONLY. The Spark unlimited month is a new client offer which is for clients who have never been to HYB to try a variety of classes for a deeply discounted price.

CREDIT CARDS

We are a credit card only studio. A valid credit card is required to be saved in your account for any studio related charge, fees, or purchases.

LOST & FOUND

HYB is not responsible for any lost or stolen items in the studio. We provide cubbies for your gear but recommend not bringing valuables into the studio as we can not guarantee their safety. Please email the studio or ask at the front desk for any items you may have left behind. Items are donated twice per month to a local charity.

INJURIES AND MEDICAL ISSUES

If you have an injury or medical issue while at HYB please report this to an HYB team member immediately.

SHOWERS

Please bring your own towel for showering. Please ensure showering is brief after class to prevent others from waiting and to allow the teacher to clean the studio before closing up.

CLOSING

The studio closes 15 minutes after class ends unless there is a class immediately following. Early morning classes allow 30 minutes after class.
